Make Your Ascend Cage
Multifunctional

The cross-over attachment is perfect if you plan on doing more isolated exercises such as cable cross-overs and tricep pull downs. It is also the perfect upgrade if you plan on setting your cage up in a room where you train with multiple people. The 2 sides mean multiple people can use it at once. Perfect to use with your significant other or family!

The pulleys can be adjusted individually to different heights across the vertical beams. Load 2 inches holed plates on each side to add weight. Combine with our ascend cast iron or bumper plates for optimal compatibility. Comes with the 2 wings (1 on each side), as well as the strap handles shown on the picture. Assembly requires 2 people and a set of ratchet keys.
