Good treadmill with insignificant drawbacks

1. First of all, the delivery was very fast, they delivered it the next day after it was purchased. However, the box looked awful. It was damaged, ripped in some parts and taped (lol) which looked very suspicious (open the picture in attachments). However, everything was completely fine inside, the treadmill itself was not damaged, foam plastic protected the equipment well. But the way the box looked raised a lot of questions and doubts... 2. This treadmill is not hard to assemble, but the manual with instructions is actually quite confusing. Some details on the pictures are very small so it was hard to understand where exactly the arrow is pointing at. My husband ended up assembling it using his own logic, not the instructions from the manual. And only then we realized that it was indeed "easy to assemble": pretty much only 6 screws to put in place. But the manual really confused us. At the beginning it said to uninstall m-40(33) screws which weren't there at all and then replace them with m8-40(33) screws. Since there were no m-40(33) we ended up just putting in m8-40 (33) screws immediately. 3. I wouldn't say the treadmill is quiet, but it is not a big deal for me. 4. There is a headphone jack to plug your phone and listen to the music through the speakers on the treadmill. The speakers are bad, as you can guess. It's impossible to listen to it. I didn't even want that feature, but checked just out of curiosity and it is not good for usage. If the feature would not be there I wouldn't even have any complaints cause I don't need/want it to play the music, but since the manufacturer implemented it I'd expect it to work fine. So when I heard that broken sound it also raised questions and made me worry if everything else in this treadmill was done properly or not... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 5. Finally, the running experience and all the features related to it are completely fine, I don't have any complaints about that. Considering that the treadmill serves well its main purpose which I wanted it for - running - I am quite satisfied with this treadmill. Overall, I like it and don't regret buying it.

Un excellent tapis de base

Je suis une débutante avec un tapis roulant. Je ne voulais pas investir 2000$ sans savoir si j'allais en faire pour la peine. Le tapis est compacte. Il n'est pas très large, et comme je l'ai lu dans un autre commentaire, pas très long. Ceci dit, quand on fait 5pi2, ce n'est pas un problème. Même s'il est petit, il me semble très robuste! J'aime les programmes. Par contre, un point faible, est l'endroit où on peut déposer son cellulaire. Une fois déposé, on ne voit plus nos constantes, on ne voit pas quand le tapis accélérera au pallier supérieur. (Je sais, on entend, mais j'écoute des émissions alors j'ai des écouteurs) Autrement, je le recommande pour savoir si vous aller aimer ca, ou si vous avez peu de place à la maison.

Great Treadmill Overall

Great treadmill for small spaces and great to use instead of venturing outside in the cold weather to run. Runs well and not too noisy. A little tricky to assemble and recommend getting help from a friend who is good at putting things together though it does come 90% assembled when delivered. Easy to store and move around. Good price relative to other treadmills that are on the cheaper side but very poorly made. Nice that it is a Canadian company and delivered within 4 days to remote area of Northern Ontario.
