Shipping Options
We offer quick shipping all across Canada and at the lowest cost. For most heavy and bulky items, we offer pickup at our warehouse located in Montreal. Our store remains open for orders, repairs and returns.
Worry not, we're partners with most big carriers to ship your items to your door in just a few days. Most orders will be processed within 2 business days from the product's arrival at our warehouse and shipped with express couriers in 1-4 business days across Quebec & Ontario. Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located in the rest of Canada.
Considering the huge charges imposed by shipping companies for such heavy and bulky equipment, we’ve decided to absorb a large part of the shipping cost to keep our items affordable for you. Our mission is to keep you all in shape and this is not going to stop us! 😊
We do not accept P.O. Box delivery as many couriers refuse to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Pick up service at our Montreal warehouse
Clients also have the option to come pick up their order at our warehouse in Ville Mont-Royal. You will receive an invite by email to schedule a pickup time between 10am and 5pm from Monday to Friday or between 11am and 4pm on Saturdays (ET). Our warehouse will then prepare your order for the pickup.
Shipping timelines and pre-orders
Most of our items are for sale on pre-order, which means when you purchase an item in that is not in stock, there is a transit time for it to get to our warehouse. Every item will have different batch dates and will be indicated on the product page when you add to cart ad also on your order confirmation that is sent via email after the purchase. Those batch dates are the Estimated Dates of Arrival for the equipment to reach our main warehouse in Montreal.
Once we've received the items, it usually takes about 48-72hr to process the orders in our inventory and have them ready to be shipped. Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will either receive an email with the tracking number associated with your order. The delivery will usually take between 1 and 4 business days depending on your region, once the parcels have left our warehouse. The shipping time can be longer if you live in more rural areas or in provinces further away from Montreal.
