Great customer service.
The Nuo style dumbbells are great for my need. Changing weight is easy and they aren’t as bulky as another style I have. I also purchased the stand. I guess at checkout I neglected to specify the right style of weight and received the wrong stand. Customer service was prompt and helpful. I received the new stand in just a few days and I’m good to go. The bench is a little light weight be ok for my current needs. A great experience overall.

The best weights
These weights are exactly what I needed. I have been thinking about getting heavier weights for a while but everything I found was too bulky, required an irritating amount of effort to adjust the dumbbells between various weights, or seemed to be cheaply made. Im very happy with my decision to invest in these ones. They arrived quickly, were easy to assemble, and it is so easy to switch between the different weights during my workout. 10/10, the best investment.

5-70 adjustable
Solid set of dumbbells easy to adjust delivery was quick. No instructions on how to assemble. But 10 mins of comparing plates and using common sense I got them together without issue. Just started a cycle of 3 exercise superset easy to change weight in seconds without ruining the flow, very impressive. These units need attention when replacing weights to align them properly but if your not being foolish these will last 20years with ease. Would recommend them to any home gym user. Solid feeling not sloppy when in use.
