  • Does the Chiller provide heating as well (can this be used as a hot or cold tub)?

    Our chiller does not heat the water. The chiller brings the temperature down to 3°C in less than 4 hours from the moment that the tub is filled with water and turned on.

  • How often does the water have to be cleared and refilled?

    Depending on usage you need to empty it and wipe it down every 3-6 weeks. There is a plug on the side to empty the bath. This also applies with our Standard Chiller. With premium chiller the filter cleans the water to changing water can be less frequent

  • Can I Leave the bath outside all year long?

    Yes. But caution is required in very cold weather. This suggests that if the Nordik Ice Bath is left unused in outdoor conditions where temperatures are low, the water inside the bath can freeze. It's important to be mindful of the external temperature to prevent the water from solidifying. In very cold weather, it is required to check up the water in the bath and break any block of ice forming. Otherwise this can lead to damage to the product.
